Alison Eydenberg
Head, Coaching Services
Head of Coaching Services, Alison serves as WJM’s chief quality control officer, ensuring that coaching engagements are delivered seamlessly and with the highest levels of integrity and accountability. She provides strategic oversight across all engagements, capturing and sharing key insights that help coaches work effectively and deliver meaningful, high-impact results. In this role, Alison ensures that each engagement not only meets WJM’s rigorous standards but also drives tangible value for clients, advancing leadership development and organizational effectiveness.
A certified Coach Supervisor, Alison supports WJM Faculty members in deepening self-awareness, broadening perspectives, and strengthening their coaching practice. A valued member of the WJM team since 2003, she has earned the nickname “the secret weapon” for her ability to elevate both process and practice while fostering a collaborative, high-performing coaching community.
Alison holds a BA in Psychology from Denison University and a Master’s in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University. As part of the 5am club, she begins her day with exercise and mindful morning routines. She lives in Massachusetts with her husband, daughter, and two corgis.
