As CEO since 2004, Tim Morin has championed WJM's culture of curiosity, continuous learning, and determined customer service—while leading an amazing team of experienced and passionate professionals who bring these values to life every day.
Tim personally screens and interviews each WJM Coach, and helps ensure that every client engagement meets WJM's exacting standards. WJM’s Faculty members appreciate that Tim takes partnerships with great coaches as seriously as with customers.
Tim joined WJM in 2001 after a successful investment banking career managing private and public equity offerings for media and technology companies. Today, he is a respected voice in the coaching industry, and a frequent writer on leadership development, behavior change, and the thoughtful use of technology to support (not replace) great coaching.
Tim brings the same precision and attention to detail to his work that he applies to his passionate hobby outside of the office - oil painting. He holds a BA in Economics from Trinity College in Hartford, CT and an MBA from NYU's Stern School of Business. Tim resides in Brooklyn Heights, NY with his wife, two children, and their cavalier king charles spaniel.
Steve Galli is currently a partner at Nisivoccia Wealth Advisors, a wealth management firm serving individuals and small businesses. He became a primary shareholder of WJM in 2016 and is a passionate advocate of executive coaching. As an angel investor focused on the technology sector, he has firsthand experience observing the impact that effective leadership has on business performance.
Steve began his finance career at the investment bank Solomon Brothers, joining their MBA Associate program when he completed his Masters in Finance at New York University’s Stern School of Business in 1997. His over 25 years of diverse experience in the financial services industry includes positions at S&P Global, Morgan Stanley Capital International, Citigroup and Merrill Lynch where he worked in both New York City and Hong Kong. He received his BA from Colgate University in Hamilton, NY.
Steve lives with his wife and two children in Demarest, NJ.
Head of Coaching Services, Alison serves as WJM’s chief quality control officer, ensuring that coaching engagements are delivered seamlessly and with the highest levels of integrity and accountability. She provides strategic oversight across all engagements, capturing and sharing key insights that help coaches work effectively and deliver meaningful, high‑impact results. In this role, Alison ensures that each engagement not only meets WJM’s rigorous standards but also drives tangible value for clients, advancing leadership development and organizational effectiveness.
A certified Coach Supervisor, Alison supports WJM Faculty members in deepening self‑awareness, broadening perspectives, and strengthening their coaching practice. A valued member of the WJM team since 2003, she has earned the nickname “the secret weapon” for her ability to elevate both process and practice while fostering a collaborative, high‑performing coaching community.
Alison holds a BA in Psychology from Denison University and a Master’s in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University. As part of the 5am club, she begins her day with exercise and mindful morning routines. She lives in Massachusetts with her husband, daughter, and two corgis.
Scott collaborates with WJM’s organizational clients to design leadership solutions, including white‑glove coaching services for senior leaders. He works closely with companies to shape and support executive coaching and leadership development initiatives. As one key customer noted, Scott brings a distinctive blend of strategic thinking and attention to detail. He pairs high‑touch, responsive engagement management with deep knowledge of coaching theory, research, and practice.
Scott joined WJM in 2011 after a successful tenure at a global talent and career management firm, where he supported Fortune 100 and mid‑size companies across a wide range of industries. He earned a BA in History from Cornell University and an MA in Organizational Behavior from Fairleigh Dickinson University, and is a graduate of the Columbia University Coaching Certification Program (3CP), with a focus on executive and organizational coaching.
Scott previously served as President of the Northern New Jersey Chapter of the Association for Talent Development (ATD). Outside of work, he enjoys concerts and sporting events with his family—often as part of a road trip. He lives in Northern New Jersey with his wife, twin sons, and their bichon poodle.
With more than 25 years of consultative client‑management experience and a passion for developing leaders, Scott has built his career around helping others succeed. Known for his genuine, approachable style, he’s often viewed as an “indispensable resource” by both clients and WJM Faculty members. Across each partnership, he focuses on delivering a differentiated, high‑touch experience grounded in trust, collaboration, and exceptional service.
Scott first joined WJM in 2004 and contributed meaningfully to the firm’s growth and evolution as a premier executive coaching company. His broader career includes senior roles at respected leadership‑development and talent‑management firms, including Executive Director, Client Solutions at BlessingWhite and Director of Client Services at Korn Ferry. Scott holds a BA from Gettysburg College and a graduate degree from Long Island University.
Scott lives in Harrington Park, New Jersey with his wife, Beth, and they have two adult children. He’s active in his church and community, and enjoys running, golf, travel, and time with family at the Jersey Shore.
Beth plays a key role in supporting WJM’s executive coaching engagements, working closely with coaches to ensure each engagement is delivered thoughtfully and seamlessly. She offers a relationship‑driven approach, providing guidance and support that helps coaches stay focused on what matters most.
After a career as a performing artist, Beth brings both an artistic sensibility and an exacting standard to her work. A member of the WJM team since 2014, she is known for her steady presence and attention to detail, contributing behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly while supporting creative and marketing initiatives that reflect WJM’s voice and values.
Beth holds a BFA in Dance and a Certificate in Arts Management from SUNY Purchase. She lives in Nyack, NY with her husband and three children, where she balances family life with the everyday rhythms of raising backyard chickens.
As Program Coordinator, Kim provides the administrative support that helps WJM coaching engagements launch smoothly and reflect the highest standards of professionalism. With more than 20 years of experience, she partners closely with WJM coaches and the broader team to coordinate meetings, manage logistics, and keep details moving—ensuring a consistent, high‑quality client experience.
Since joining WJM in 2022, Kim has become a trusted partner, valued for her attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to supporting a seamless coaching process.
Kim lives in Tampa, Florida with her husband, three sons, three dogs, and one cat. Outside of work, she enjoys family time, traveling, and staying active with her busy household.

For more than three decades, Bill anticipated trends in talent management and created the framework for coaching strategies that are used worldwide. He has personally worked with over 200 of the Fortune Top 500 Corporations. For over 20 years, Bill was Chairman & CEO of Drake Beam Morin, Inc., (DBM), which he grew from one office in 1976 to the world’s leading organizational and individual transition consulting firm with a network of more than 160 offices around the world. Bill has been a frequent guest on network television and is quoted often in the business press. He has authored 19 books and hundreds of articles about coaching and career development.
Today the company is led by our President & CEO Tim Morin and a group of professionals with extensive industry experience and vision. WJM continues its future-focused culture of innovation, staying current on fast-changing developments in Neuroscience, Metacognition and other fields.
